You can reset your playable collection inside Trainimals from Setup → Data & Privacy → Reset everything. That removes game progress but does not currently remove the login itself.
Use this form to request deletion of the Firebase login registered to your email address and the Trainimals cloud data associated with it.
What will be deleted
- Your Trainimals sign-in account.
- Cloud-saved game progress, collection and preferences.
- Cloud daily activity totals, workout summaries, device records and recovery archives associated with the account.
Data held only on a device is not reachable by us. After the request is completed, use “Reset everything” or uninstall Trainimals on each device if you also want to remove local game data.

We will reply to verify that you control the account and process verified requests within 30 days. You can also email trainimalsgame@gmail.com from the address used for your Trainimals account.
